Film # 1791542 (DGS 494855) Cirkevná matrika, 1653-1900 on Image 6, it displays pages 8 and 9 in this book. Image 7 displays pages 12 and 13. Need to see pages 10 and 11. Searched images through image 100 of the 751 images available, no pages 10 and 11.

Either the filming technician thirty years ago missed a page, or the digitizing process a few years ago missed an image. The former seems far more likely.

I have no idea whether the microfilms are still available to look at in Salt Lake City, but that would be one way to check the age of the error. Failing that, I guess you could try to contact whatever archive in Slovakia currently holds these registers. FS's Catalog says they were filmed at the state archives in Levoča, so that would be the place to start. I apologize, but I haven't a clue how to go about contacting them.

It's possible that the pages were missing from the original record. There is nothing we can do about that. Keep going forward. You're doing a great work!
