How do I report an error?

The information is out of sync starting at page 62. My ancestors is on page 78 and the information record page it says my ancestor is on page 80.

@frankthomasvargo1 We are glad that you found the correct image for your ancestor in the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia City Births record collection in spite of the fact that the page showing the indexed information is pointing to the wrong image. Looking at the wiki article for this record collection, we see that the mismatch between the index and the image is a known issue for the collection. (https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Pennsylvania,_Philadelphia_City_Births_-_FamilySearch_Historical_Records/Known_Issues) So, for now, if the wrong image comes up, check several on either side to find the correct one. If you want to use it as a source in Family Tree, it might be wise to use the record image as the source so that other users don't get confused if they click to see the source record and the wrong image comes up.
To use the image as the source, navigate to the right image. Then, above the image, find and click Source Box. Add it to your source box. From there, you can attach it to your ancestors on Family Tree. Here are some help center articles that give the details:
