All over! As for screenshots - difficult to catch because the black notes disappear before I could press button.
- The "Not A Match" request has failed. Please try again.
- Error Linking to the Source (this is worse, will link 1, 2 then error, then 4 ) when attaching source. Must hit refresh button 3 to 5 times before allowing linking to spouse
And I do NOT like to leave behind unfinish attachments.

What OS are you on MacOS/iOS or Windows perhaps?

Interruptions went silent last 1 hour now.
I see there's outages reported by Google and Twitter earlier the day.

Not limited to the OP...things like this since yesterday evening.
Not all the time. Not every attachment. Some form of throttling again?
Would it be quicker for FamilySearch to admit what changes were implemented in the last 24 hours, than have lots of people jump thru hoops of Cookies/OS/Browser/Reboot etc.

Y'all may be right ... FamilySearch does need to provide some explanation of when problems are the result of development going on. But it seems that is mostly constant and without notification these days (the 'maintenance' notifications may not cover all the changes being implemented). I've tried to suggest notification Ideas ... But no results ... I guess they are busy developing ... Which is good ... In the long run ....
