How do I index an image that has ERROR on it?

This is the batch I am doing.

US, New York, Rensselaer—Index to Land Records, Grantors, 1791–1959 [Part A][MQQ9-B34]

How would I go about indexing the names that have "Error" written by them? George, David, Harry, and William Symansky?

Thanks for your help

I think you would use the "or" statement since they use the words "now" and "and" making it some type of variation.

    Surname: Symansky or Saunders

The researcher who finds the record can figure it out.
