Question on indexed image 2 for [Part F] [MQ3J-B8Q]

The indexer has added a new entry for a person mentioned on a request for burial next to a person who is already buried in the cemetery. In other words the burial request is for the interment of Archibald Ntloko next to someone who was buried in the family plot previously. Her name (Constance Ntloko) was mentioned on the request to indicate where the casket should be placed. Should there be an entry for Constance Ntloko if she was buried there previously? I don't think there needs to be a second entry for her, because there would be a record requesting her burial elsewhere. Am I correct?

    This question has come up before and the thinking is just index the most recent burial, as the first burial probably was indexed before.
