Hi @cheg and welcome to the FamilySearch community. I did not get an error when checking the link you provided. Instead I saw a list of towns or cities that were covered by that record collection. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, or using another browser? Have you tried accessing the records using the tabs IMAGES or CATALOG?
