Hello! Can I get some help translating this death record, please? I have the beginning, :On the 8th day of June, 1668, I, Francisco Machado Fagundes, ??? Joao Furtado". I cannot get the rest! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I need help in reading a Spanish record from Puerto Rico. I have the name Vicente Tirado y Camacho son of Ramon Tirado and Engracia Camacho. He was born in the year 1898 in Yabucoa County, Puerto Rico. I am giving two records because I was told they were of the same person. I just want to make sure of that. They were in different locations in Catholic Church records. And the mother of the father is the person I haven't been able to get yet. The mother's parents are Simon Camacho and Maria Pascasia Colon.
