South Africa—Dutch Reformed Church Registers, 1660–1970 [Part D] [M3FF-MM9]
Over the past several years I have been doing mortgagor and mortgagee. I am new to the South Africa records. This is my first batch. The examples do not cover this kind of form.
This is a membership record. Under where the event took place is Van 1 Julie 1947 tot 30 Junie 1948. Is this the event date? There are several other columns. The first one is when born, but the others I can't figure what they are. Would really appreciate your help.

For event date always use VOORGESTEL WANNEER when a date is present.
When there is no Voorgestel Wanneer date use Aagenomen Wanneer date.
When there is no Voorgestel Wanneer or Aagenomen Wanneer date then use Aangekomen Wanneer date

Thank you for this information. Voorgestel translates proposed or suggested.. aagenomen translates adopted and aangekomen translates arrived according to the google translate site.
In the instructions for indexing the membership records it clearly shows to index the aangekomen wanner site first and then blank the date if it is not dated. I apologize for the batches I have sent following that instruction. I totally missed this instruction. Also in the marriage batches I failed to add the man’s surname with the maiden name as the brides surname. I am so sorry for wasting others time correcting my errors. I should have gone thru this site earlier.
