How to change a wrong - defaulted location - on a Citation of an indexed document?

All of the indexed documents covering the Parish: Santa Maria Assunta --have the WRONG location attached to it. Thousands of records are showing up with the wrong location!

It's showing, Santa Maria Assunta, Fiera di Primiero, Trento - but it should be LAVARONE, Trento.

I have attempted to send several emails to NASupport, however, their responses don't provide the proper answer, as they keep recommending me to suggest a new location - which is not the case here.

Even after the defaulted value has been changed to: Lavarone the Citation still points to the wrong location. Consequently, this needs to be fixed for all the indexed records for that parish.

Please provide a path to escalate and fix this issue.
