I have contacted this person regarding all the duplicate records they are creating. I spend 3/4 of my time merging records because they are creating records from indexed US Census records. I have messaged them and asked them to stop and they replied they are working for Family Search. I contacted FS today and was told they do not work with or for FS. I tried to "report abuse" on the message section of the page and it doesn't work. The FS representative I talked to told me to go here and list the abuse.

And "Volunteer Project" is carrying out the same type of damage with their work on the 1911 England & Wales census, etc.

Ughhhhh almost makes me want to just give up research here. I just waste time merging duplicate records every time I start

FS needs to block these accounts

That's not considered abuse, since the project is approved and supported.

If you read the other threads, you will see that staff here in the Community has said that it is supported and doing wonderful things.

I haven't seen any wonderful things, just creating duplicate records. I was wondering if this whole mess was created by the great "Professor Joe", the destroyer of FS. Also by trashing FS they are not listing the wife's by her maiden name which is supposed to be standard practice.
