    I can't understand community! How can I ask a question in Community? How can I ask for help from a live person? Why don't you have a statement: I have a question? and then let folks know how they can ask a question? By phone? By email?

    I cant get a question through either. The responses given her just complete an endless cycle . At least give me some intelligent contact. AI will be better than whoever set up this endless loop.

    @Patrick Cluse

    You can't be following clear advice. If you go to https://community.familysearch.org/en/ and click on "Ask a Question" you then have the option of a number of sections in which to post your question - e.g., General Questions, Family Tree or Search.

    I have not encountered any "endless loop" so am mystified as to what procedure is leading you to such.

    If you don't wish to post here in Community (and your comments above show you have been able to post here) then follow the link shown above by @Chas Howell
