Problem with image viewer
When I use the Search Catalog from the Search drop down menu, using the Place option and enter a county, such as Orange County, VIrginia, check for online only, then I get my list of items. Under Land and Property (Orange County), I'm going to General Index to Deeds 1734-1892, and I click on one of the collections that comes up, the image displays just fine, but with a pink pop-up saying "Error Loading Image please try again later." Well, I've tried this now multiple times, on 2 different PCs, I've cleared cache and cookies, tried other locations and it still happens. If I do a Search Records, images display just fine, with no pop-up. This wasn't happening earlier today, but just started a while ago. I can still view records, but it is very annoying having to close the pop-up on every image. Can someone explain what I need to do or let me know if this is some kind of system problem? @Ann Holladay Thank you for the instructions to duplicate your search. I accessed this collection in the catalog: "General index to deeds, 1734-1892; deeds, 1734-1865; court records, 1734-1760; marriage and birth records, 1751-1778." I replicated your search and viewed images on films 33009 and 33011. I did not have any pop up error messages. Are you still having the problem?

Thanks for trying to duplicate the problem. It stopped later yesterday. Sorry I didn't get back to this already to let everyone know.
