What happened to viewing access to fedreal census images?

Within the last week I lost the ability to view images of fedral census records, 1790-1930. The issue is systemic for the hundreds of person profiles I maintain. This issue occurs for census records accessed by a general person search AND by records which have been attached to person profiles in a tree. My experieces were replicated and validated by a FamilySearch.org representative however my case was quickly closed my without resolution or meaningful comment. Thoughts or comments?

I’ve had that same problem. I thought I was just maybe confused about the records, maybe I was able to view them elsewhere and thought it was on FS. But now I’m certain I was able to view them before.

So you opened a case at familysearch and they closed it without a resolution?!?

I followed up by re-opening the same case and outlined the problem with more clarity. Once again the case was closed with the same comment as previous: "We want to inform you that this issue has been reported to our engineers, they are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution. Because the engineers are aware, we have closed this case."

My Buckinghamshire England images have been lockup too. There is now an image of a key over the microfilm image.

Please know that we have wide-spread issues with viewing images of the US Census records. The message @Jonathan Moreland got about engineers being aware and working on a resolution is the gospel truth. Some issues are just messy and take time to resolve. Hang in there--it'll get fixed.
