Error Accessing Image Records

I am unable to view records from Image viewer / catalog / records attached to individuals - Error 49 in Image Viewer, and the other error is try again later unable to view, I contacted support, looking like I need to create a new account as my friends account can see everything without any problems

Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies or tried using a different browser? That's the first basic troubleshooting step when something doesn't work.
