Hello,

I'm trying to find dates for the deaths of Adalbert Jurek and his family (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/L2GD-T55), but I'm not sure how to proceed. How can I find death records from the region of Rzeszów roughly between 1903 and 1933 ?

Thanks

Start with Search Records on that page.

    Then try, https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Main_Page

Use Guided Research or enter the place you want to search. This should help you determine which country controlled that area of Poland during that time period (i.e., Austria, Germany, Russia or Prussia). Often genealogical records are under the names of those countries and not Poland.

I would begin with the FamilySearch Research Wiki to develop a search strategy. 20th century records often are not available on FamilySearch and you may need to do field research in Rzeszów or hire a professional to do it for you.

A quick search of the FamilySearch Catalog and comparison with the FamilySearch Places gazetteer reveals that Rzeszów has been in both Austria and Poland during your period of interest, and FamilySearch has some records.
