Re-establish the Delete function for "Legacy Disputes"
Under "Discussions," old "Legacy Disputes" from 2011 still appear. Many/most of those comments have long been resolved and are no longer applicable. Under the old system, we were able to review and delete those old legacy comments, if they no longer applied. That delete feature is not on the new system.

Yep, what happened? The ability to delete these was granted and in place for a long time. I return and suddenly we have no control.

We need to be able to delete old notes and discussions in the Collaborate section.
The Legacy Disputes that are so old and have been corrected, need to be deleted.
Old discussions that have been resolved, need to be deleted.
Please add the delete function back!

We still do have the ability to delete Notes items. Dicussions items were only previously editable / deletable by the person who added them, so nothing has changed there. However, Legacy Disputes items could be deleted previously, so this situation has changed. I clearly remember the disagreements raised when the ability to delete them was brought in some years ago, but cannot prove that this was reversed at the same time the new pages were introduced.

I wonder if you would know if this was changed by accident or design?

This has already been answered at https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/142264/legacy-disputes
mod note - two discussions were merged and a duplicate post was removed.
