Why am I getting an "Error 15". Am I doing something wrong? Help!

I get the message any time I try to log into FamilySearch. At the moment Family Search is working, I can log in as normal. It may be a coincidence but at the same time Family Search started working I removed Norton Anti Track. Anti Track has caused me problems before and it is known to slow down computers.

Clear your cookies in the browser you are using. Then close and reopen the browser. You should be fine.

The Norton Anti Track may well be a co-incidence, but we will look into it for future reference. And remember the tip to clear your cookies - this should be done on a regular basis.
