At my local FHC, I cannot access film 1320511, item 3, despite following instructions. PLEASE HELP

The film-reel icon means that the images are not viewable online, anywhere.

The tooltip/popup message is misleading: the "this" in it does not refer to your current location, but to the "Location" column of the Film/Digital Notes section: "Family History Library". That's the big library in Salt Lake City.

According to the description in the catalog, Item 3 of Film 1320511 is "The church in northern Ohio and in the Diocese of Cleveland, from 1749 to September 1887" which is available on Google Books.
