Processing photo

Why is it taking so long to process the photo on the family search group site? Just curious. It's been over a month for some groups.

Is your question about photos on the Memories site on FamilySearch? Can you give us more information about where you posted your photos?

I think Andrea must be referring to Community/Community Groups. If so - those photos are unlikely to ever finish processing. I've noticed if they don't process within 5 minutes - and especially if I've uploaded multiple to one post - I have to remove them and only upload one at a time.

Or it could be a photo associated with FamilySearch/Temple/Family Groups

Here is an example of what the issue is -- I've noticed it this past week: LJ21-Z4W

It relates to the portrait photo.
