I have a question source a family when there 2, 3 or even 4 families in the same source link.

I have the following: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QLRF-WYDZ

There are 4 families and even a farm worker.

How can I connect all people - only one family is mine ancestors.

You don't have to connect them all. You can attach the historical record to the one family, then go to their profiles in Family Tree and in their source lists click the Dismiss link to remove the message about unfinished attachments. Eventually someone will attach the record to the other families.

Alternatively, you can work the other families. You can work anywhere in the tree, not just on your own ancestors.

You can add an unconnected person using the link at the bottom of the Recents menu.

When you work in the new person view, there is a new option to make a connection between unrelated people or distantly related people. It's called "Other Relationship" and it is at the bottom of the details view. I recommend if you want to track the fact that your ancestral family is connected to 3 other families, add the 3 heads of household to the head of household for YOUR ancestral family as an "Employment" relationship. If employment doesn't seem accurate, "Household" and "Neighbor" are also options for a type of relationship.
