Need to be able to control / edit/ or delete messages from others on a memory I have uploaded
I posted a memory (an obituary) and attached it to the family members. Another researcher came along and started posting unrelated messages about the extended family of the mother in law mentioned in the obituary and how she disagrees with these extended family attachments (nothing to do with the obituary). I reached out to this researcher and suggested that such comments would be better served in a collaboration note -- and that posting such information on an obituary that was not party to the discrepancies was not the appropriate place. More negative feedback was posted and used my full name. I don't want my full name typed out next to such negative feedback. I have asked this researcher to delete the comments -- but she will no longer respond. I called familysearch help and was told "report abuse" is not the correct avenue. How do I (1) remove my personal name from such negativity and (2) how to I move such comments that don't relate to my memory I posted.

I think your Idea is more of a question/request for help with this situation. I would recommend you duplicate your question in the General Questions or Memories category and then flag it for moderation. A moderator should be able to direct this to the appropriate team to handle this. Your request to remove your name/full name from the Comment is something I believe FamilySearch can/will do - considering the Terms of Use: Code of Conduct and other documentation. It make take a bit of time but will probably result in the Comment being edited/removed.
