Can I create a GEDCOM from Family Search?

Not directly. If you use a third-party software program such as LegacyFamilyTree or RootsMagic the program can download your information from FamilySearch and build it into a tree format inside the program. If you then need a GEDCom (say to upload to a DNA-matching website) you can export to Gedcom. Ancestry's Church of Jesus Christ-Ancestry Access can also download your tree from FamilySearch to an Ancestry tree. Ancestry Trees can be exported as Gedcoms as well.

Short answer: 'NO'.
.
Reason:
We do not have our OWN "Tree" in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
We ONLY have "Branches", that are interconnected, in this SINGLE "One" World "Tree", for all of us, that is "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
"Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" is NOT like "Ancestry.com" or the like.
.
We DO NOT have "Private"/"Personal" 'Trees' in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
Like other "Web" Sites; and/or, 'standalone' personal programmes.
.
We do not even, own; or, manage; and, are NOT even responsible for, the "Deceased" individuals/person in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
"Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" is built on a "Open Edit" Platform - hence, why any registered User/Patron can "Edit" (ie. Add, Delete; and/or, Change) ANY "Deceased" individual/person in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
"Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" has over a "Billion" individuals/persons; and, is growing ...
.
How; and, where, do you put the "Blinkers" on such a "Download"?
.
Years ago I 'tried' to download my Ancestral lines in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch", after several HOURS and 20000 (or, was that 200000, I cannot remember), the download 'choked'/'fell-over'/'croaked' (just 'Died') - the interconnected 'Branches' of my Ancestral lines are enormous.
.
These day, there are "Partner' Programmes (ie. "Web" Sites) that can 'Download' your Ancestral lines from "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" - they can be found in the "Solution Gallery" of "FamilySearch".
.
The 'Link' to the "Solution Gallery" of "FamilySearch" is:
https://partners.familysearch.org/solutionsgallery/s/
.
Of course, provided that you are signed into "FamilySearch".
.
Enjoy.
.
I hope this helps.
