What is "o/w" before second name? Zimbabwe, Archdiocese of Harare—Church Records, [MQMB-F2Z]
I'm guessing these names in ( ) should be added to Given name fields after "Or". They were indexed as the surname or as the given name with the name before as surname.
No. 367 Given Name: Azeni Or Virginia
No. 368 Given Name: Alisoni Or Severiano
Father's GIven Name: Maxem Or Majiga
I did find that "item" means "also" (not sure why that is there though, since it appears after all but one of the bride's names on this page). Thought I'd check if there is anyone who actually took Latin or knew what the letters actually stood for.

I think you are right. I would guess o/w means otherwise - but I didn't take latin. Maybe it's not in latin (christian name?).

also from [place] - also means they are from the same place.
