@Dale Hannigan If you click on the Browse Multiple Images - grid icon (see below) - you will see that indeed the image is the 139 image of 1566. The film images begin with several item cover images/separators (or whatever they are properly named). I guess unless your screen is showing less in a row - on mine it shows rows of 10 and the image is on the 14th row - next to last image making it the 139 frame image of the entire film (not the number of images of record pages).
At the current time - clicking on the FEEDBACK link on the index page will bring you here to Community to report any error as you have here - but I am not seeing that this is an error. Perhaps a FamilySearch representative can comment.

@Dale Hannigan, I get an error when I click the link provided. Is this image attached to a person in the tree? If so, would you provide the ID so I can look into the issue for you? Thanks, Maile 🙂

@MaileLoveland, for some reason the HTML entities in such links in this forum are not correctly translated. Replace all of the instances of %3A with a colon and it'll work.

Thank you so much @Julia Szent-Györgyi!

@Dale Hannigan, I see that they have the record transcription for image 142 linked to image 139. This is not the only one that is three images off. I will see where I can report this. Thank you so much for pointing out this error.
In the meantime, you can still attach the correct image to the individual. If you need help, please see the following articles:
