Picture Posts from family, friends and found photos at thrift shops and other places
I would like to suggest a "Picture Post" or "Unidentified Found Pictures" page for those of us who have great photos or who have found great photos with identification info on the back. I find family photo's all the time at thrift stores with names and dates but not enough info to find them through a search because a locating is not given. Sometimes I will have name, date and place and still can't find the person(s).
Please make a page where we can put these found photos. If this is possible it needs to be asked where the photo was found (name of place and location, date found etc.) or if someone gave the photo to you, who that was, along with their info and other helpful info. Even a story of 50 words or more if there is a story behind the picture or the background area or buildings can be identified to be able to place where the picture might have been taken.
Photos are so important. When we can find a photo to put with a name it is like we have finally met this person and have a bond of some sort with them. Photo's make them become real people to us.

Perhaps this Idea could be implemented by FamilySearch creating a built-in Archive/album folder/topic tag for that purpose. That would allow the user to place those photo memories in that location or topic tag them so others could possibly provide missing metadata/tags. Of course the current solution just doesn't group them that way - but any public photo could be tagged by others.
