See all hints

I hope my image comes thru. In the past when I click on see all hints from the Familysearch landing page (where I see 3) I used to get a long list and could see 6 or more but something has changed in the past month and I only see one (but can scroll thru the list of 54). The header on the page and the footer are huge! I do not need to see them, I want to see the longer list as I like to work from this screen to review hints before going to the person page to work on a person. I do know I have a large font on my screen due to my older eyes but that setting has not changed in the last month but the ability to see the long list has. Any help or ideas?

Your page is certainly not loading right. I see you are on the Task tab so what you should be seeing is what I am seeing now when I go there:

You are getting a different item at the top of the list. I'm not getting a footer at all. It looks like you are getting a mix of the Task page and the landing page. Better try cleaning out cookies and the browser cache.

Thanks Gordan, that is what I expect to see. I did clear cookies and my browser cache and no change. I tried my husband's log in and his all hints screen looks the same and mine but I had my son log in and his looks like yours on the same computer. Weird and my husband and I have been adjusting some settings but still not seeing the screen like yours. I used to see it that way.

Just not sure what else to try from my computer to fix the image and usability of that page which I like to use.

That you and your husband get something different than your son on the same computer suggests that one of the FamilySearch servers is having issues and your son was lucky enough to hook into a different one. I would think that would fix itself within a couple of days.

Why is the window in your image so short top to bottom?

I just didnt grab the screenshot to the very top and cut off the bottom a little. The image captured the important large header and footer and lack of list of person on the left that I was trying to convey.

It has already been 2 weeks of this same issue, I waited thinking it might correct itself as I know Familysearch bugs do sometimes.

Sorry I don't have any more ideas for you to fix this. I hope someone reads your post and can help.

No idea why it is doing that. It appears to me to be a size issue since when I move from my smaller screen it shows pretty much what you see @Cindy Hecker but on my larger screen it shows more details like @Gordon Collett sees. So I've wondered if it isn't resizing properly for different size screens. Haven't dared to look at it on a mobile device!

Ha! I tested something. It looks like it is related to scale. By any chance do you or your husband have the "scale" on your computer a little bit higher so you can see things better? If you turn it back to 100% the tasks screen shows up better.

    Settings - System - Display - Scale:
