New Person Page Does Not Permit Preferred Spouse Change

It may display a "Preferred" flag, which may or may not be correct, the new page does not allow any changes to be made. See LT3P-DJK for reference. Haven't checked the same issue on Preferred Parents flag.

It only shows if there is more than one spouse or more than one set of parents.

Thank you. I do not recall seeing the SET PREFERRED button. I must have missed it.
