The place of death for this document shows, for the most part, family residences--for example, Jno Heinlein's.

The geographical location is not given in the document.

How should the place of death then be recorded?

    I'm sorry I didn't see this question before you submitted it. But we would Blank the field if it doesn't give a geographical location. Family Search searches use geographical locations to help people find their ancestors, not a person name.
