Transcription Error. Fix please?

On a Massachusetts, Town Clerk, Vital and Town Record, 1626-2001, (linked below), there is a transcription error for the birth date and parents for Horace Ballou. His birth date should be “20 Apr 1895” and his parents “Horace B Ballou” and “Sarah E Ballou.”

    @Kenner Tobias Hartman Unfortunately, the Massachusetts, Town Clerk, Vital and Town Records, 1626-2001 record collection does not have an option to edit indexing errors. Since you can't fix the errors, you have a couple of options.

    You can attach the record as a source in Family Tree and make note of the errors in your reason to attach notes.

    You can click to view the original document. In the top-right of the image viewer, click Source Box and add the record to your source box. From there, you can attach the document image as a source, thus bypassing the errors in the index.
