Need to correct information on a record that was indexed. Can I send this to a source?

This indexed record lists Francis Strange as the father of John Williams. She is the wife.

    @BAJohnson,

    I looked at the record that you reference and, as you, saw that the wife was incorrectly identified as the father of John Williams.

    I believe that you can correct this by using the Edit Button at the top of the page where you see the record details for John Williams (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6NF8-BV1Z).

    Selecting Edit and Then Edit Father's Name, you can delete what is there. I see, in the image, that the Father was not named; so, you can just leave the name blank, then follow steps 2 & 3; and finally select Save.
