how do you close and submit a batch when you have not reached the number of entries called for. The page I just entered only had 16 entries but the batch called for 90. How is a batch like this to be submitted?

Delete the extra Entries using the Trashcan icon in the toolbar (Delete All Blank Entries) - then Submit the batch.
