how should this be indexed?

I have a representative for a minor child's land. Do I index him, which has been done? And, do I index the child as well? There are several entries with the rep for different children.

US—Bureau of Land Management Tract Books, 1800–1955 [Part A][MSFV-ZXN]

I would index both names. The images will be freely accessible online so the researcher will see it is a minor child and their representative. Lew Harris' family will also see the he was a representative for many children on land deals.
