1950's Census - Residence Place Indexed does not match location of census
Is there a way for a user to change the indexed location of the 1950's census? While doing genealogical research I noticed that actual 1950's census location is Washington DC, yet the indexed location reads "Washington-On-The-Brazos, Washington, Texas". Is that a change someone needs to do internally, or is there a way for me to make it?

@HeatherGallo Right now, the only editing option for the 1950 US census name correction. But, we are promised that we will be able to edit every field in the future. So far, we have not heard a date for the expansion of editing options.
Meanwhile, many folks find it makes sense to use the image as your source record when the index has errors that could be confusing to other users. If you click to open the image, you should see Source Box to the top-right of the image viewer. Click it and add the image to your source box. Now you can use Source Box to attach it to your family members. Alternatively, you can copy the URL of the image and use that to create a source. Here are links to Help Center articles that give more details:

Hi @HeatherGallo, do you have a link to the record with the wrong location?
