Notify all users of the 1950 403/Indexing Status
For longtime users, the 1950 Census is the fresh meat that we're looking to add to our trees.
I've been trying to do it for weeks, and only just found that the problem is caused by an issue with the indexing.
Sending a message to users (in the letter box, not notifications) would have saved me, and likely a lot of others, a lot of time and heartburn.
The message should also promise future updates on the status as progress warrants. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would have liked to have been informed about this issue, and would like to know when it gets fixed.
