I am reviewing this batch and similar batches. The batch instructions say to index the husband and wife as two separate entries. The indexer has indexed only the husband or put the husband and wife as one entry.

Is it acceptable to return to reindex or should I make corrections of the whole batch.

It is acceptable to return the batch. At a quick glance, it looks like the indexer missed more than a few entries.

If you don't feel comfortable with a batch, whether indexing or reviewing, you can always return it. I've done it more times than I can count.
