I was looking to find a person, James Curtis McKinney in the 1910 Census, who I was able to find here

https://www.ancestry.com/discoveryui-content/view/24306166:7884

Since my person did not show up with a search, I used another person to search: Johanus Hendrickson who was indexed here https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MGQ2-2ZD

Viewing the original document went here

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33SQ-GRJP-987W?i=13&cc=1727033

I had hoped that if there was an error in the interpretation of a name, that I could select Attach and proceed. But, the Image index has just two names, AND they are not either Johanus Hendrickson, my surrogate line 76, or James C McKinney, line 81, the head of the household who was my original person.

This problem is doubly curious, that Johanus Hendrickson can be searched for, but is not in the Image Index, and that others cannot be found at all.

The option to attach to Family Tree is greyed out, so I cannot attach it that way.

In case the link is a problem. here is the Citation

"United States Census, 1910," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33SQ-GRJP-987W?cc=1727033&wc=QZZ7-ZRY%3A133638001%2C135431401%2C141822701%2C1589089177 : 24 June 2017), Pennsylvania > Crawford > Titusville Ward 2 > ED 45 > image 14 of 30; citing NARA microfilm publication T624 (Washington, D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.).

Thank you

@FLQR Thank you for reporting the problem with the indexed information for the 1910 US Census. We have confirmed the error and reported it to the group that can work to get the index showing correctly again. We are not able to predict how long it will take for a correction to be in place. We apologize for the error.

Meanwhile, you can use the census image itself as your source in Family Tree. From the image page (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33SQ-GRJP-987W?i=13&cc=1727033), you'll find a Source Box link to the top-right of the image viewer. Click that and add the image to your source box. From there, you can add the census as a source to your ancestors in Family Tree. Here are links to some help Center articles that can give you more detailed instructions:
