Duplicates in historical records

I found the following obvious duplicates (apologies if this is a known problem):

LZ62-TSV

GFSR-PN8

The birth years are different but it is clear this is the same person: Charlemagne. (Actually I see in Wikipedia that nobody is quite sure what his birth year actually was).

Both records claim to be read-only, but both have been edited today. So I guess some people can edit, just not me. Perhaps somebody who can edit these pages can fix this? For such a prominent person, surely we only want one record in our database.

Interesting. Neither profile is read-only to me, and I am not anyone special. Could you share a screenshot showing the lock? Is your account new?

Yes, I just joined today, so maybe I should just be a little more patient 🙂

Save yourself a lot of aggravation and ignore profiles of notable persons, whether they are in your direct ancestry or not.

Oh I see... Thanks for the warning! 😀
