I tried to open the shared batch and got the access restricted notice. Have you submitted or returned the batch?

If you are referring to the question concerning the notations, see (another spelling of the surname), I called the help line this morning and the person that I talked to checked through the instructions and was not positive about the answer. I was told that the safe way to handle the situation would be to include the other spelling with an or in-between the names.

I noticed that the project has been taken down. Maybe they are changing the instructions.

I know this is not a definitive answer. Maybe a moderator will be able to help.

I see that the project is back up and I have gone through the instructions and helps carefully and it seems that there is still no definitive answer to this question.

I also have this question. My batch has "Pike" written in as the surname but then underneath that is written "See Pyke". Would I enter this as "Pike or Pyke"? or just as "Pike"? Thank you!

    Hi tlund122,

That was what I asked when I called the help line. The answer was to index Pike or Pyke .

    Hope that helps.
