Can’t add a person to the planner.

I have invited a person from the planner using the ward information. I can send the invitation and he receives the invite but when he clicks on the accept he only get the death spiral. We have tried several times but always the same result. Any ideas?

Do you or the person you are inviting have an apostrophe in their last name (as set up in Family Search)?

I did and once I removed the apostrophe (in my profile), it worked.
