Images not loading - Search & Indexing
So there has been a fair bit of enquiries on this, but a deafening silence from Familysearch as to the reason/when it is likely to be resolved. It seems to be happening in multiple countries judging by those asking on the community and on facebook groups. Mine has been since Sunday lunchtime.
It seems that it works until a person has viewed 20 images, then we are locked out, sometimes half an hour, sometimes 24 hours. Then the next image is blurry and doesnt load. When this happens I have noticed at the end of the image web address is an additional string saying mode=g What does this mean?
On the indexing side, when it happens no image loads, and the code 429 shows
The result is the same whether using firefox, edge, or chrome, and no amount of cookie/cache cleaning, logging out or in makes any difference
Can someone at Familysearch answer this please??
