*ERROR LOADING IMAGES - PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER*

So frustrating - Unable to see (load) images from military, immigration, census, births, deaths, Japan immigration cards, etc - This is a website problem - Please fix this problem, please fix this problem - Interfering with me contributing my skills, knowledge, postings on this website

    Hello again,

    It's now been 24hrs & I still can not access database images from my established, 2 1/2 year old account. However, someone suggested creating a new account to see if that new account worked.... & it did! It appears that some type of security protocol is blocking particular accounts for no apparent reason.

    Can a moderator please acknowledge this message & pass it along to tech support/engineers?

    1:49 PM Central time. I have been having the same problem for 24 hours. Please fix this problem or suggest a solution. Perhaps a person from IT can respond? We would like to get on with our research.

    My account also cannot access any images on FamilySearch with the same error message over the past two days. Before the error occurred sporadically, and could be cleared by closing the browser window.

    The same problem appears on multiple computers, and all browser types (Firefox, Chrome, and Edge) but does not appear (except for the sporadic error) on a different account. Logging out, and back in does not help.

    The rest of the website appears normal.
