I have been asked by a member in the Ward to help prepare a family name for Temple ordinances.

This member cannot remember their login information. They received help from another member in another Ward they belonged to in another state who helped them create their account. This member cannot remember who it was. This member does not have their own device and does not have their own e-mail. This member, when needed, uses their daughters e-mail, on her computer. This daughter nor any other family member is not being very helpful. How can I help this member find out what their password and login information is so that I can help them with their family name?
