My batch ?
Batch as one death record, then 5 additional records stamped "for reference. do not index".
I don't know how to submit the first record, the one I filled out. PLEASE help.

I am new to ROM indexing and the first batch I pulled us shows
"! Image currently unavailable (Forbidden)". No DGS number.
