Hi @Janice Marie Ayers The batch Code is found to the right of the Project Name, like this [XXXX-XXX]. In this Forum, you can just type in the Project Name and Batch Code so we can help. Generally speaking, if the Image or Record does not contain the age or year born, you should mark those boxes <blank>. Below is the article on how to share a batch using the indexing tool bars: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-share-an-indexing-batch-with-someone
Thanks @Mirevo for providing the screenshot below - your answer is so much clearer and easier!😎

Janice, examine each image carefully to ensure that all required information is indexed. Information for 1 or more fields (age or birth dates) may be missing. When information for a field is not present, press Ctrl+B to mark the field blank.
It would be helpful also to follow the Project Instructions and the example images on how to index this type of record.
You also have the Field Help instruction for example for age: If the age was not recorded or was written as a variation of the word "unknown," press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.
Hope this information helps.
