Review the 2 Images or No Ex Data?
Review both images, however, the Cemetery name is only Johannesburg, not Johannesburg Crematorium.

Cemetery name is Braamfontein which is located within City of Johannesburg. Page header is written over the 2 pages as City of Johannesburg, Braamfontein Crematorium https://www.google.com/maps/search/braamfontein+crematorium/@-26.1891442,28.0251761,15z Johannesburg Cemetery only existed from 1886-1890
