Has the Suomi—Passiluettelot, 1900–1920 been set up for indexing correctly?

I wish to talk to someone who is familiar with the set up of the indicated indexing project, Finnish passport records. It seems that there is confusion about the headings for surname and given names. The instructions for the surname field seem correct but several partially completed batches have the given names in the surname field and the surname in the given name field. One time my screen showed English titles for the fields and the surname field was titled given name and the given name field was titled surname. That indicates to me that there is some confusion about which fields to use for the surname and the given name.

Also, some of the batches shows names but no recorded dates and other batches shows recorded dates but no birth years. Do these batches need to be indexed?
