Forest County is covered by the Diocese of Green Bay. AFAIK, no Wisconsin RC records are online. https://www.gbdioc.org/contact-us/contactus

If St Michael's is still open, the records would likely be at the Church. If the Church has been closed, the records would likely be with the Diocese Archives. If it was merged with another parish, as often has happened, the records would be with the surviving Church.

Wisconsin death records are tightly controlled by the state. There are some indices but they contain little detail. You will find some details about what is available in the Wiki - https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Wisconsin_Vital_Records
