Your first point of contact would be your stake Physical Facilities Rep. - normally a member of the Stake High Council. If he does;t know the answer directly, he can escalate the issue for you.

Computers and printers are on back order due to part shortages. Has it been longer than 6 months since you ordered, if so please call support and order again. 866-406-1830

My main Stake Technology Specialist (though I am also an STS) told me 3 months ago new replacements for my FHC's 6-year-old PC's were "on their way". Now just crickets.

Apparently there is no way to investigate anywhere above us "Stake" people (or even above the FM group) to get any kind of status. I heard a year or so ago that the ordering system was being improved so it could provide status. But that improvement is apparently still "down the road a ways". Actually I'm fine with that, because new PC's just means new work for me.
