When finishing a list of names, how do I receive more names to finish the batch

Please show your batch number. It is the number at the end of the batch such as this: [xxxx-xxx). Each batch has a set number of blank entries. Apparently you are done indexing all the data and you have extra blanks left? If so, go to the top of your batch and ckick on the icon that looks like a trash can. Click on delete all blank or extra blanks. You should then be able to submit the batch.
