My Grandmother's father unknown. Why doesn't she appear as her mothers child?

Hello,

My GGM had 3 children. The eldest 2 with Spouse, the youngest, (My GM) with unknown father.

Only the 2 are listed unless I click on her specifically and open her branch. My GM is listed only because I have added her.

I believe that because of this, no one else will do research on 3rd child because no one knows she exists.

Other ppl doing research would ultimately help my research.

Will this be something that will be updated at some point?

Is your grandmother still living? If so, only you (the person who created it) can see her profile, to protect her privacy.

If she is deceased, then you should be able to enter her so that she shows in the Family Members section when you're looking at her mother's profile.

Unfortunately, unless you add her to her mother's spouse as a step-child, she will not show in the Family Members section for any of her half-siblings, nor will her half-siblings show in her own Family Members section.

She is not living and has a death date.
